We’re proud to announce that Pedro’s is reimagining itself as SALO – Filipino Dining, a brand-new chapter launching this September alongside our fiery sister concept, Taqueria Arriba at Leura NSW

Inspired by the heart of salu-salo — the Filipino tradition of gathering, sharing, and storytelling through food — SALO brings elevated comfort with street-smart spirit. Think boodle feasts, playful twists on classics, and soulful dishes that honour our roots while embracing what’s next.
Starting September, you’ll find SALO nestled inside Taqueria Arriba, serving a shared space, bold flavours, and a fusion of Filipino-Mexican creativity that’s anything but ordinary.
