After a good run of sharing unforgettable meals, memories, and laughter around the table, Pedro’s Grill will be serving its final dishes at the end of this month.

But don’t worry — this isn’t goodbye.

It’s a transformation.

We’re proud to announce that Pedro’s is reimagining itself as SALO – Filipino Dining, a brand-new chapter launching this September alongside our fiery sister concept, Taqueria Arriba at Leura NSW 

Same soul. Same adobo. Just with a new rhythm, bolder flavours, and an even tastier attitude.

What’s SALO?

Inspired by the heart of salu-salo — the Filipino tradition of gathering, sharing, and storytelling through food — SALO brings elevated comfort with street-smart spirit. Think boodle feasts, playful twists on classics, and soulful dishes that honour our roots while embracing what’s next.

Starting September, you’ll find SALO nestled inside Taqueria Arriba, serving a shared space, bold flavours, and a fusion of Filipino-Mexican creativity that’s anything but ordinary.
